Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser
If you handle ANY dangerous goods, regardless of quantity and thresholds, you need the services of a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (see ADR, 2009, 1.8.3.1) and you need to give your staff training appropriate to their duties (see ADR, 2009, 8.2.3). This will keep them (and others) safe and protect your business from claims. VOSA might ask for a DGSA annual report if they have evidence of your handling dangerous goods.
We can help and advise economically and professionally.
